1. About Eqtstory

Contact Eqtstory at roa@copfm.dk about these terms, pilot access or commercial use. These pilot terms are dated 24 October 2026.

2. Customer pilot

The pilot lets prospective customers evaluate financial and economic charts, publishing workflows and release-calendar tools, and help shape the service. Features, data coverage and providers may change. Evaluation access does not commit you to a subscription or automatically start a paid agreement.

3. Non-commercial and commercial use

Non-commercial use has no trial expiry, time limit or published-embed quota. Business use, client work, monetised publications and internal business research require a commercial agreement. During evaluation you may explore and prepare charts; public commercial publishing requires a separately agreed licence. A request to register as commercial does not itself activate a licence or create a payment obligation. Any separately agreed pilot arrangements apply within their stated scope.

4. Accounts and workspaces

Keep account access secure and invite only people authorised to join your organisation. Workspace administrators manage their members and published content. Do not attempt to access another organisation’s private workspace, bypass security controls or disrupt the service. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Your content and published embeds

You retain your rights in uploaded content and give Eqtstory permission to store and display it as needed to provide the service. Upload only material you are entitled to use. Published embeds and their included data can be accessed by viewers outside your workspace; a link is not confidential merely because it is difficult to guess. Do not publish confidential information or personal data without the necessary authority.

6. Data and third-party rights

Data, company logos and charting components remain subject to their owners’ rights, attribution requirements and applicable licences. Access to a demo does not grant unrestricted extraction, resale or redistribution of source data. Keep required attribution visible. Final provider coverage and permitted customer uses will be agreed as the service develops.

7. Accuracy and availability

Charts may use stored, delayed, revised or incomplete observations. Release dates can change. Check the source and relevant publication before relying on a figure. The pilot is not a guaranteed live news feed, investment recommendation or financial advice service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular refresh schedule or permanent retention of pilot content; contact us before depending on it for a critical workflow.

8. Privacy and leaving the pilot

Our privacy notice explains account and usage data. You can ask to leave the pilot, close an account or discuss removal of published content by emailing roa@copfm.dk. We may restrict access where needed to investigate misuse, protect other users or comply with law. Existing copies or screenshots on third-party sites may remain outside our control.

9. Changes and legal rights

We will identify material updates to these terms and seek fresh acceptance where appropriate before they apply to continued account use. A separate signed agreement takes precedence where it expressly covers the same issue. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
